VOTD: Ben Kweller – ‘Jealous Girl’ because as the video starts, the upbeat tune, cute couple, and gorgeously washed-out camera shots lead you think you know exactly where it’s going. You either begin thinking: “Hey that’s me and my significant other” or  “Ugh, get a room,” and get a room they do. But just when you start to peg this as a predictable tale,  ‘Jealous Girl’ makes its way from lovey-dovey to Fatal Attraction-esque territory. The juxtaposition of the cheery vocals and the dark imagery is captivating. Plus, there’s a cameo from Ben himself that we can’t help but love. You know what else we love? The fact that Ben Kweller will be playing at the club on October 19th.
